Cody Meets the KISS Phantom

Ever see the movie "KISS Meets the Phantom"? Glad Gene didn't use his superpowers on me.

Was that the only cashmere v-neck sweater in the audience??

You couldn't find an old baseball style T-shirt with the picture of them from KISS II their live album??

I remember being devestated as a kid when I found out that the voices were not theirs.

Touche, Joe.

Rumple, those voices on their albums are most assuredly really theirs. They didn't just write those songs, they recorded and performed them too. KISS might have issues, but Milli Vanilli they ain't.

My question comes from experience Cody.

You would think being 35 at a Widespread Panic (kind of a Grateful Dead-lite) concert would be a little awkward in itself, but yours truly thought his sartorial choices for the night should include Gucci loafers and a sweater vest.

I think everybody thought I was a narc. I tried to convey that 15 years ago I was stoned just like them. I don't think they were buying it.

That's funny, joe!

Ah, gotcha, Rumple. Yeah, wasn't it just Ace's voice that was dubbed tho? I can't remember. And this lack of memory from a kid who was Gene Simmons for Halloween the year the movie came out. They deserve better. LOL
