Got to admit, I dropped down a level from my previous "top end" TSC subscription, in order to spend my online dollars elsewhere. (Unlike many there, I trade exclusively for my own account. There are no huge commissions or "soft dollars" to pay for it.)

I've noted that an increasing number of former RealMoney/Street Insight contributors are now at, um... another website. Not going to use this space to advertise them. And Herb of course has moved to MarketWatch.

And as the owner of said website commented recently "Fiscal literacy and intelligent decisions won't arrive in a lightning round or be handed to us on a silver platter."

Those words would be powerful even if the guy writing them wasn't a former associate of "Mr. Lightning Round" himself.

But back to the topic at hand, I was at the premiere and liked it (comments on my blog), and even got a picture of myself with one of the original R2 robots. But some people are just really dorks...

I saw Mad Money the other day and I haven't seen incoherence like that since me and my crew in Chapel Hill ate a bunch of mushrooms and tried to solve the world's problems.

I want to know who the nimrod is that calls that show and asks Cramer what he should do with his stock and then acts on Cramer's epilepsy-inspired answer.

I would rather watch 90210 re-runs than Cramer's emotionally-charged, prudence-bereft diabribes.
