US protests British tabloid's photos of captive Saddam
Globe and Mail - 3 hours ago
London — The US military condemned on Friday the publication of photographs showing Saddam Hussein in his prison cell, including of him only his underwear. Friday's publication in Britain's mass circulation ...
These photos seem to me to be a rather clear violation of the Geneva convention. Horrid that they were taken and worse that they were published. Even as we all know that Saddam is guilty of mass murder and should be put to death.

I totally dont give a shit that Saddam was photographed in his undies.

The reaction to this is such nonsense. Its a non issue.

On the other hand, blaming Newsweek for what we know has actually happened -- and repeatedly -- is even dumber.

Re: Saddam, Quran, etc etc.
These are all nails in the case that I believe Islamists and the civilized world are on a collision course. Specifically, events up to and including today are the tip of the iceberg. I think it's unavoidable.
