Great, now Kim Jong Il's cronies and constituents will have plenty of food. As for his citizens, I'm not so sure. All aid to corrupt dictatorships (apologies for the redundancy) must stop if we are ever going to help their citizens. This type of aid simply perpetuates the dictatorship.
