I have to disagree with your comments about cable providers...They control the pipe that goes into the home....They will ultimately be able to bundle a large number of for pay media websites on the net...ie...ESPN and CBS of the world....The consumer will get much better value instead of directly subscribing to various websites one off....

Additionally, the cable companies and ultimately the telecom companies can just jack up the prices to the consumer to make up for not being able to sell their typical digital packages....These companies have to make a return on their large investments....Content doesn't get into a home without a pipe...So, that pipe has value...
